Father & Son Overnight Retreat
Don't miss is great opportunity to get away with your son, having fun and growing together in Christ!
Cost is $60 per couple and $20 for each additional son. This includes 3 meals, lodging, campfire, singing, programs, and some great times for dad and son to learn about Jesus together!
Sons ages 10-17, dads of all ages & granddads, bring your grandson!

BBQ Cook-Off
Everyone is welcome to come eat some of the best BBQ in North Carolina. This annual event draws hundreds of people for a great day of music and fun competition in horse shoes, trap shooting, and golf chipping, and of course the best part of it, all the BBQ and sides you can eat. Entrance costs are: Adults 18 and up $10.00, 13 to 17 yr olds $8.00, and 12 and under $2.00 The event begins at 11AM and ends at 4PM. The competition will be judged with trophies given for the best dressed cook/s, best dressed pig, First place for best tasting BBQ, runner up, and peoples' choice award. If you fancy yourself a BBQ cook and would like to come try your recipe, call the office at 252-264-2513 to hear how you can sign up to come cook. If you, your group, or choir would like to come bless the hundreds with some music, please call Bill Tony at 252-426-5078.

Cale Retreat presents our 3rd,
"Parent & Child Range Tournament"

Here's how it works:
Moms, dads, grand parents are invited to bring your sons and daughters to Cale on Dec. 6th where, together as a team, you will compete against other parent and child teams based on the children's age groups. That's right, you team up with your mom or dad, or your son or daughter. We have had children compete from ages 6 years to 44 years old with their mom & dad!
Competitions are held in the following events:
- Trap shooting
- Rifle marksmanship
- Archery
Cost: $15.00 per team per event, or all 3 for $40. This gets both parent and child in the competition, a lunch is included and trophies are awarded.
Lunch is $5.00 for non-participants.
Teams may bring their own .22 rifle
or 12 or 20 gauge shot gun.
All firearms must be encased when arriving please.
Do not bring any ammunition to this event;
it will be provided!!!!
Firearms for rifle and trap shooting at provided if you do not have them. This is a fun day!
