A staff position at Cale is full time ministry mission opportunity and you will have many opportunities to witness and lead campers to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. A summer position as a counselor at Cale is guaranteed to stretch your leadership and servant skills. It will also prepare you for ministry, parenting, and for working with and teaching children and teens. During your training week you will receive detailed instructions in your position and the expectations therein. If you are not a team person, if you do not like to work, if you are a lazy person, if you easily, "get an attitude" or if you cannot follow instructions, please do not apply for these positions as we would not want you to have a bad experience. If the afore mentioned traits are not in your character, we can pretty much guarantee you will have one of the most blessed and rewarding summers of your life while serving at Cale. This is one great summer camp to be involved with!
